Plans are in hand to hold an EVENT MANAGEMENT COURSE in Colchester for up to twenty students annually .
The syllabus will include a module leading to an SIA (Security Industries Association) qualification which while it is primarily aimed at pub doormen and night club bouncers, is going to become a legal and insurance obligation if you wish to act as an events steward or marshal. It will also include a basic first aid qualification and modules in events planning, health and safety, parade safety, resources, running workshops, the outdoor stage and crowd handling etc. At the end of your course you will receive a diploma issued by our registered training partner organisation.
